Making AI agents accountable for every action

AI agents are beginning to move money, update records and communicate with customers on behalf of businesses. Organizations define what these agents are permitted to do, but few have a reliable way to enforce those limits or demonstrate that they were followed. Tridris builds the platform that closes that gap, so businesses can deploy AI agents with confidence.

Our principles

  • Controls must sit outside the agent.

What an agent is allowed to do should never live inside it: not in its prompt, not in its code. The rules sit outside, where the agent can't change them or talk its way past them.

  • Records must be independently verifiable.

Internal logs are not enough. Customers, auditors and partners need records they can verify without relying on the company that produced them.

  • Be clear about limitations.

No technology can fully explain why an AI model made a particular decision. We record what the agent saw and which checks were applied, and we state our limitations openly.

  • Proof should not depend on trust.

An auditor, insurer or customer relying on a record should be able to check it themselves, offline, without asking us or our customers. That is why an outside authority, DigiCert, timestamps our records: no one, not even us, can change them after the fact without it showing.

Built on an open record format

Tridris records follow an open record format designed by Tridris, so any party can verify a record independently. The specification is available on request.
